Christmas Tree Lighting At Sewanee

The holidays are a lovely time of the year up here on the Domain. The air is crisp, the first snows are surely on their way. And we just held our annual Christmas tree lighting event on the Quad.

It was a beautiful ceremony, and we hope that this time next year, you will be with us to celebrate it. In fact, we’re so excited to see you there that we couldn’t wait another 12 months. We just had to share the experience with you now.

Students Phoebe-Agnès Mills and Ben Sasser, C'22 felt the same way, so they went out and captured their experiences in this short video to show you in hopes that you might get a glimpse of what the tree lighting on the Mountain is like. Because when you are in Sewanee, you will find the same warmth and joy that you see here.
