Learn Not To Panic When Riding Your Horse - Gaited Horse Training

This is one thing that should be taught right away to riders, but usually is not. You must learn to stay calm and think first then react. Panic makes everything worse, staying calm can save you. So many riders panic and make a mild situation into a bad one. Practice staying calm, play scernerios in your head, have your family help you. Breathe, stay relaxed, think and then react. You must practice, to get better at it. Especially if you are not a calm relaxed person.
