Hello and welcome to week 3 of speed training. Only 1 week left of this plan and then I run a mile as fast as possible to see what progress has occurred in 4 short weeks. This week was quite challenging (not only in the scheduled runs but also the weather). Honestly my favorite runs every week are the long runs and I can't wait to get back into a dedicated half marathon training plan.
