If Login option is not appearing then check the following things.
1: Browser issue: This login will not appear if you are using incompatible browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera, etc.
These all browsers have stopped supporting the java plugin hence the login button will not appear because this login appears due to java only.
You are advised to use Internet Explorer only any version instead of using any other browser and try login on eProcurement the button should appear.
How to Check Correct Browser for eProcurement login?
If you are not sure as to how to check the browser which is being used you may see the below image, it shows Internet Explorer as well as Google Chrome however the Internet Explore is highlighted which means it is running and another one is not.
If you are using internet explorer and still the login button is not appearing then reset the browser and then try again.
2: Java Issue: The JRE (Java Runtime Environment) the application which generates this login button, there may be a possibility that the correct browser is being used but the ‘login’ not appearing yet.
It must be because of the java application that is running in your system. Either java is not at all installed in your system or it may be installed but not running properly.
Please uninstall the java application from your system and install it latest java in 32 bit and try again.
The problem should be resolved now.
Other factors that may cause this button not to appear.
• Internet Explorer might be in 64 bit.
• The processor is highly utilized and java is not able to load.
• Network or network proxy may be stopping the java to run.
• Security application may also cause java not to run.
