2020 SCCA Runoffs STL race at Road America. Just do not have enough to compete with Joe Moser who pulled out a 5 second lead before teh Full Course Yellow brought us all together again with 5 laps to go.

That allowed my tires, which were already going off, to cool, and try and hang with Joe. Joe didn't put in enough heat in his tires under yellow and had a few moments on the restart which kept me in the hunt, but I was never really challenging. Without the kink, which I could flat, Joe would have pulled me over 2 seconds a lap, but the kink kept me close.

Behind me Greg Maloy and Max Gee kept on the early pressure, especially at the restart, but fortunately they raced each other and I was able to escape.

Despite the disappointment, still thrilled to take my 3rd consecutive Runoffs STL pole and my third consecutive Runoffs podium. On to Indy for 2021
