KB (knit below) tutorial, demonstrated into knit stitches and yarn overs

This video demonstrates how to work a "knit below" stitch. The stitch was demonstrated in a previous tutorial showing how to work it into a purl bump, whereas in this video it is demonstrated how to work it into knit stitches and yarn overs. To perform a knit below, you insert your needle into the stitch below the current one, allowing it to unravel by that one row as you knit. It results in a lovely waffle-like and squishy texture that makes for warm garments and accessories, and when used in a lace pattern it helps to slightly increase the size of certain yarn overs.
