GV80 tailgate not opening

Hey guys welcome back, I got this gv80 with tailgate issue. This car every time it comes to the shop complaining regarding the tailgate not opening, me the tech cannot duplicate the issue. Then we will release the car and the 8ssue will not happen again. Until it came back like maybe 3rd visit and when I tried it, it did not work.
