Summer Meal Planning Tips (Mango Special)| Tasty & Refreshing Indian Meal prep

In today’s video, I have shared my current weekly meal planning which is tuned for summers and heavily based on the seasonal supply; especially my favorite Mangoes.

Recipe of instant Pickle/Achar masala
Cumin seeds/Jeera – 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds/Saunf – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds/Sarso – 2 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds/methi seeds – 1/2 tbsp
Coriander seeds/dhaniya seeds – 1 tbsp
Turmeric/haldi – ½ tsp
Red chili powder – 1.5 tbsp
Dry mango powder/amchur – 1 tbsp
Carom seeds/Ajwain – 1 tsp

Roast everything till you get nice smell. Don’t overcook. Grind everything and store the masala in an airtight container. Use it every week to make instant pickle.
