Join me as we break down the importance of pairing carbs with other nutrients like protein, fiber, and healthy fats to keep our energy feeling stable and helping us feel more full! By understanding how different foods affect our bodies, kids can build better awareness around making better food choices. My goal is to help kids build a positive relationship with food so they can make healthier choices that support their growth, energy levels, and overall well-being.
