Good morning Coastview Family. I am so excited for you to join Dinah and I on our Decompression Walk today. A Decompression Walk is an opportunity for us to spend time with our dogs in nature. It is typically an environment that is void of urban sounds and distractions. Dinah and I choose to go to an enclosed baseball field near our home.

Dinah and I will typically spend about 30-60 minutes at our favorite spot. She is allowed off leash and typically spends her time sprinting, sniffing, and chasing after me. She is allowed the opportunity to engage with the environment in a way that is comfortable and reinforcing for her.

Decompression walks have been life-changing for Dinah and I. It has enhanced our bond and strengthened our relationship.
