daily with mental illness.

Second is making sure that you find a skill level that matches your own. Make sure that you take the time to choose a sport that will be on your level and that will make you want to go back.

Alternatives

If you aren’t into sports or exercising, then you should try some small things
first. Think back over your life and consider the things that you’ve enjoyed doing. Sometimes
it’s as easy as going for a walk, singing in the shower or going to a comedy show.
