West African Curry | The Family Tradition - The Papa's Kitchen

Описание к видео West African Curry | The Family Tradition - The Papa's Kitchen

Welcome to a new month of video's and we start off the month with a long-time family tradition - AFRICAN CURRY. Nana and her family had this while serving in Nigeria as missionaries many Sunday afternoons. It is Indian in origin but the addition of the "gadges" of fruit, coconut, vegetables, and chutney make it an explosion of flavor with every bite. It is a yellow curry base with chicken and can be made mild to hot depending on your personal taste. We usually eat it in our household around New Years but Sarah and Solo from Our Tribe of Many even served it to the guests at their wedding reception. No one turned it down!! Watch, enjoy, and try it yourself. When you do you will be amazed and will totally impress your friends and family with your "African" roots.

Micah is my helper on this video and he enjoyed finding out more about his African roots!
