Last lap for the U.S. debt ceiling deal is to begin in a few hours from now. The U.S. Congress is set to vote on the Bill later tonight. If the bill passes through both the House and the Senate, it will pave the way for the suspension of the U.S. debt limit through 1st January 2025. The current limit on debt stands at $31.4 trn, which the US hit in January this year. President Joe Biden as well as top Republican leaders have expressed confidence that the Bill will get a simple majority in the House as well as the Senate.
