The Central Botanical Garden is the largest center for preserving the biodiversity of living plants in the Belarus. It was established in 1932 and ranks among the largest botanical gardens in Europe, both in terms of its area (93 hectares) and the composition of its plant collections (over 15,000 species). It has been declared a botanical natural monument of national significance and historical-cultural value. The people of Minsk hold this place dear!
