Ever wonder why some funnels work and others just... don't?

Here's what I've learned after building countless funnels for my own business and my clients: it all starts with getting crystal clear on your topic. Not your entire business. Not everything you do. Just that one specific thing your funnel is about.

In my world, I teach coaches and mentors how to build sustainable, profitable businesses. But that's not a funnel topic. That's a business.

A funnel topic is narrower. It's the specific problem you're solving in this one journey you're taking people on.

When I sit down to map out a new funnel, the first question I ask myself isn't about the tech or the copy or the design. It's simply: what's the topic? What's the one transformation this funnel promises?

The coaches I work with often want to help with everything. They want to teach marketing AND sales AND mindset AND systems all in one funnel. But that's exactly why their funnels don't convert.

Pick one thing. Solve one problem. Create one transformation.

Because here's the truth: someone scrolling at 11pm doesn't want to transform their entire life. They want to fix the one thing that's keeping them up at night.

For me, that might be showing them how to get clients without working 100-hour weeks. For you, it might be something completely different.

But whatever it is, make it specific. Make it clear. Make it the only thing your funnel is about.

The rest can come later.
