Ingredients:

1-2 tsp ground coffee
210ml (7 fl oz) water for brewing coffee
A slice of bitter chocolate
Sugar to taste (optional)

Method:

1. Put coffee in a cezve or coffee pot. Add sugar if desired. Pour in hot water.
2. Stir and place the cezve or coffee pot over heat.
3. Once a thick coffee foam rises, remove the cezve or coffee pot from the heat and let it cool for 10-30 seconds.
4. Put it back on the heat and wait for the foam to rise again.
5. Remove and let cool slightly. Repeat this process 3-4 times.
6. Bring the coffee to a boil and remove the cezve or coffee pot from the heat.
7. Place a piece of dark chocolate in the serving cup and pour the coffee over it.
