Dynawrap PRO 1100 is an Orbital Stretch Film Wrapping Machine designed and built for customers who value reliability and technology. Pro1100 is a horizontal stretch film wrapping machine with multi welding unit. This Fully Automatic Orbital Stretch wrapping machine comes a 7 inch user friendly Schneider touch panel. Our standard version is fully automatic. You can customise, save all the recipes you need and recall when you need. The powered roller conveyor in the infeed and outfeed supports the fully automatic integrated process. Total length is 6.00meters and optionally we can custumise for our customer needs. Pro 1100has a 1150mm ring diameter and it is perfect to for furniture packaging, sofa packaging, upholstery packaging, stack packaging, door packaging, door frame packaging, furniture packaging, tray packaging, cardboard boxes and sheet formats. Pro Series Orbital Stretch Wrappers and multi welding units are designed for heavy duty work with a total mass of 950kg. In this respect PROs are stronger than the similar products in the market which will provide a long product life. PRO Stretch Horizontal Wrappers has been designed with an 15 years of know-how and developed to fulfill all the customer expectations and also our target it to go beyond. Thanks to the welding unit you can can pack with air bubble, foam and shrink plastics easily and wrap afterwards. WRAPPING AND BUNDLING PROGRAM SELECTION: The products are wrapped and bundled lengthwise according to the selected parameters. Operator inputs the parameters and saves in the menu only once. You can save as many products as you want in the menu. There is no limit. This is a great advantage in terms of productivity and no risk of human error.
