At 51 years old, I am in my 3rd year of my fitness and wellness journey. And to make sure that we are clear, I am still, and always be, a work in progress just like the next man. Always striving to be better than the day before.
I am now starting to reach out and tell my story! And to let all middle-aged men know that they can, not only turn their lives around, they can also get to the point where they can start to tell their story's so they can supporting other men while walking beside them, as well!!
