In this video, we’re kicking off our the completion of[BLUE WATER] #SHORTTERMRENTAL #DESIGNTOUR! In this first part, we’re going to take a look at how to design a #shorttermrental that will fit your needs.

From choosing the right property to designing the layout, we’ll walk you through the entire process step-by-step of how we thought about designing this #ShortTermRental property. By the end of this video, you’ll have added skills on how to design your own short-term rental!

This #ShortTermRental #BlueWater (aka Aqua Azul) was named for its sparkling, custom, in-ground pool and hot tub was designed to be a #VacationRental paradise!

Your friends and family will have plenty of space to lounge, and a lovely outdoor grilling and gathering area. It’s surrounded by a beautifully kept backyard, where the kids (and adults) will have a ball playing corn-in-he hole or spending time relaxing around the fire pit.

This #NewBuild was designed with #ModernFarmhouse finishes and bohemian touches. It is bright and airy, with resort-style indoor/outdoor living. This property was set up for fun, with an #OpenConcept #LivingSpace, plus a billiards and foosball room.
