After being in the Gator community for about 3 months now, I have this advice to offer: do not think that enrolling into a Gator program will somehow make you money. You will only get access to a vault where the training videos are stored and to a Facebook groups where other Gators are hanging out. Being given a recipe is not the same as being given a cake, so, once you watch about 30+ hours of training, you now have to go and start searching the ingredients, trying to mix them properly together, figuring out how to turn on the stove, and finding out if anyone even wants your cake once you baked it. And finding investment opportunities is trickier than you would think. But in the end, Gator is an educational program, not an actual business opportunity, no one is giving you anything but the videos to watch.

I will post more on this topic, as I think people need to get accurate info on the community before they use their rent money to pay for the membership (as I have seen some people do).
