The story begins, where the Chinese dragon - a mythical creature who lives above in the clouds, involves handing the pearl over to the Snake. The pearl (shaped like a ball) contains positive energy and wisdom. It starts off with the dragon making an appearance - before passing on the actions to the Snake. In Chinese culture, dragons are a symbol of power and compassion. Performance show by the all female Gund Kwok Asian Women Lion and Dragon Dance Troupe. Who are located in Boston Chinatown USA - which is a continuation of the story from last year. Performed in front of a live sold out audience crowd at the Peabody Essex Art Museum - about a 40 minute drive from the city of Boston. Event on February 15, 2025

The music in the opening intro - is a popular traditional song during Chinese New Year, called Gong Xi Gong Xi. Rare hakka lion dance heads also present during this event. Which are rarely seen in USA and found in Malaysia and Taiwan Asian countries.
