Hello there. I will be making a Hardcore Factions server and need something to make my staff team for efficient. I am requesting a plugin for it.

Requirements :

Random Player TP
Compass (for worldedit compass launcher)
Cyan Carpet
Custom freeze (/ss) (i want it to say for the freezer "&a&lFroze and Sent a message to {username}!") (and then i want it say this for the person who was froze: https://gyazo.com/5268d65b5a77f637ab0...)
Toggle vanish (I want it to be a lime dye for when it's on, and a grey for when it's off)
Deny messages. ("&cYou cannot break blocks while vanish") ("&cYou cannot hit players whilst in staff mode)"
Teamspeak announcer. (An object // diamond shovel that you click and you type a name of a player in chat, and then it won't show in chat what you type but it will tell the person this: https://gyazo.com/9808d584b3d700b09ff...)
Also a book that will inventory inspect players.
I am using essentials so please make the vanish // inv inspect all correspend w/ it. ect

We will be accepting staff soon when we have this plugin done!
