This is an updated review of our ongoing investment with Godwin Capital and their Godwin Capital No. 8 (GC8) investment product.

The Godwin Capital No. 8 bondholder resolution meeting, hosted by Andrew Mitchell, Richard Johnson, Stuart Pratt, and Stephen Pratt, concluded on December 3, 2024. During the meeting, investors were required to vote on Godwin's proposal to extend the repayment period of the Godwin Capital GC8 product by 12 months.
