This look can cost $3.50 -$7.00 depending on where you are able to purchase your crystal or glassware.

Here is what you need:
E6000
Candle stick holder ($1.50 at Dollar Tree or $4.00 at Absolute Dollar
Bowl shaped tea light holder ($2.00 at Absolute dollar)

The original glass on the right was from Dollar Tree and the Cup on top was a Whiskey Glass from Dollarama $1.50. So you can make one for under $4.00 and that includes tax.
