I never thought I would find myself making a video series like this but I will be honest, It has been fun, it has been hard work but the end result is what pays out.

I am trying to show the gaming community and to parents out there that you can be healthy while still playing video games, please stay and watch the series to see my journey on how to loose weight, I will rate products and show how they are....and how are not meant to be cooked

This is all my personal experience and using a calorie controlled diet to help me loose weight by recording what I eat in a app called 'my fitness pal' It is really good and I highly recommend you download this app to help keep track of what you eat and the guidance it provides.
