Got to run Pine Creek a little later than usual due to some heavy rain in June. The water level was about 3.75' at Cedar Run. Owasee Rapid would be a class III at this level, everything else would be a II. Had two boats without spray skirts fill up and sink. No real bad carnage but we probably could've done things a little better. Spray skirts for all boats would be a good idea at this level. Water temp was plenty warm this time of year and we had a great day.
