Nils Frahm - Antonio Arvind - Glass Armonica and Handpan (Funkhaus)

In February 2024 Antonio Arvind went to Funkhaus Berlin to deliver Nils' new instrument, during the meeting Nils invited Antonio to play along in an improvisation between the Glass Armonica and the newly made Handpan, which resulted in a 9-minute music journey

The meeting took place after more than a year of talking and developing the instrument together with Nils, many crazy ideas emerged throughout the process, and in the end we arrived at an audacious project with countless construction challenges

Without knowing this project led us to what would be a new era/generation for Satya Sound Sculptures, the new material combined with new techniques resulted in something unprecedented for us.

This F2 minor is now in the best hands possible, and we excitedly await what our dear genius will do with it, for now, we leave this beautiful record, which we hold with great affection
