Senja Nan Merah, composed by Darwis and written by Seth is the original soundtrack for the film Merah released by BMG Pacific in 1996.

Ziana Zain, Awie & M.Nasir starred in the film which was directed by M.Nasir. The film was awarded as Best Film at Anugerah Skrin 1997 whereas Awie won the category of Best Actor. Awie was also awarded Special Jury Award (Featured Actor) at Festival Filem Malaysia 13.
