Please check your receiver for option MAIN IN & PRE OUT. If this option is not available, it is not going to work.

Unplug them, and connect the RCA cable from Main In (it will act like Power Amp), connect the other end to your another receiver or Integrated Amp to PRE OUT section. Please connect the speaker wires on your POWER AMP, NOT ON THE PREAMP.

All the sources (CD, Tape, Phono) will be connected on your preamp now, and can operate the volume control from your Preamp.

Same way, you can switch the gears as Power Amp and Preamp.
