30K MOIBEN ROAD LONG RUN | Marathon Training in KENYA with LUIS ORTA | S02E14

Welcome to another episode of Marathon Training in Kenya with Luis Orta! This year we bring you a ton of great new content from the Home of Champions: Iten, Kenya! In this season, we meet up with some of the huge groups that train together in Iten, joining them on long runs, medium long runs, fartleks, track workouts, easy runs, and more! We have some special guests, including Olympic medalist Paul Chelimo who was born and raised in Iten.

In this episode we head to the legendary Moiben Road for a fast 30K long run. It's the last long run of this training cycle in Kenya, so you know they're going to show no mercy!
