INGREDIENTS:

2 cups potatoes
1 cup carrots
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 cup dice tomatoes
1 kilo pork shoulder/pork belly
1 lb pork liver
salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 squeeze of lemon
3-4 pcs. bay leaves (laurel)
1 cup hotdog
fish sauce to taste
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup pork or beef broth
1 red pepper
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 cup raisins
