Addiction isn't just about the act; it's about numbing pain, seeking gratification, and dealing with loneliness. I recognized my behavior patterns and took steps to stop, like deleting apps and managing my time better. It's crucial to understand how our actions affect others and ourselves.

We often seek validation from strangers, but real connections come from those who truly know and love us. It’s important to find healthy ways to cope and not let addiction define us.
