Sloe Gin - Making, picking and selecting the right fruit

How I pick, select and make my Sloe Gin. But it not always Sloes. Bullaces are a fabulous fruit that is from the Plum family. Its similar to a Damson but a round fruit rather than the long oval of the Damson. Similar colour to the Sloe but almost twice the size.

Autumn brings one of my favourite times of the year. The chilly walks where wrapping up warm is key. And foraging around in the hedgerows for the best picks.

I use my Huawei P30Pro (phone) for filming, sound and editing. I don't do much to edit, just crop sections out that might be long pauses.
Then upload to Youtube adding tags
