Which glue is best for gluing plastic to EPP foam?

I started to add flaps to my Reptile Dragon 2 plane and from some strange reason I picked UHU HART (glue for model-building, handicraft and repair) to glue plastic hinges to EPP foam (Expanded Polypropylene).
It not holds well and fell off during assembly (after curing for one day)
So I decide to test more glues, which is the best.

1. Hot glue
2. Pattex epoxy
3. UHU HART
4. UHU POR

And than the same but with sanded plastic and let it cure for 24h
