WARDROBE REVIEW | SHOES - The Good & The Bad.

I received an interesting message from someone asking why I don't call it what it is - 'spending' and suggested influencers use the word investment to justify their spending. On some level, I agree. Watching this back, I don't think I explained why I used the term 'investment' as opposed to shopping or spending very well.
Spending, to me, sounds like a frivolous and easy experience. At times I can overthink a lot when shopping, so it isn't necessarily as simple as spending. When I buy something, I'm putting my money into a brand/item with the expectation of a worthwhile result. Although investment can mean financial gain, we invest in things in other ways; in this case, it's the future of my wardrobe and the hope of gaining something long term. I feel like I'm bordering on the psychoanalysis of my shopping experience, BUT I hope that makes sense.

I apologise if I missed off any shoes that would have been useful to feature. I COMPLETELY missed off Birkenstocks, which I 100% love and recommend. Maybe I'll feature them somewhere in another video :)
