Ingredients:

● Fresh Stockfish( seasoned with salt, bouillon powder, white & black pepper and onion powder)
● 6 Tomatoes
• My all purpose green seasoning ( parsley, basil, Thyme, leek, Green onion)
• 1tbsp ginger and garlic paste
• 1 habanero pepper
● 1/2 Green, red and yellow bell pepper
● 1 onion chopped
● 1 springonion- chopped
• Vegetable oil
• Salt and Maggi tt
