With everything going on right now, I felt the need to make some face masks for my husband and myself. Follow along as I show you had I made our masks and stick around until the end to find out how to download the pattern!

UPDATE: I totally forgot to mention to add a dart with a 1/2" pick up at the top CF and bottom CF of the mask to help it conform to your face better :-)

3. Get active! It helps motivate you to do other things.
4. Fuel your body with food, sleep, and hydration to allow it to perform at its optimal level.
5. Be kind to yourself.
6. Prepare for what you desire. Regularly.
7. Create and maintain balance in your life.
8. Be mindful of the energy you allow around you, and the energy you release to others.
