Welcome to your future—welcome to JA Virtual JA Finance Park!

This interactive digital tool will help you explore various aspects of personal finance— including monetary transactions, savings and investment options, and budgeting—giving you the building blocks you will need to build a financially secure future. Much like the in-person simulation at JASoCal’s JA Finance Park learning facility, you’ll determine your net monthly income, “visit” businesses to collect pricing information, purchase items appropriate for your chosen lifestyle, and balance your budget.

To help inform you in your decision making, we’ve enlisted the help of virtual JA volunteers who have shared their personal experiences and knowledge in the topics you’ll need to know about -- Income, Investing, Insurance, Taxes, Personal Spending, Savings, Budget, and Financial Goals, in a series of short videos.

The Virtual JA Finance Park video series are designed to provide middle and high school students with authentic experiences from our JA Volunteers who will help further explain each subject and provide a “real life” explanation of how and why adults make the decisions they do when creating a budget.
