Since 2020, CADAS has seen a 25 per cent increase in requests for support for adults and on average, our helpline takes 40 calls a month.

With working from home as the new normal for many employees, many people have struggled with stress and their mental health as a result of this change - with some turning to drink or other substances as a way to cope.

As the effects of the pandemic and people's changed behaviour will be seen for years to come, here Richard Cason talks about how CADAS can support those affected by addiction.
