Finally took the time to route and complete a full game run. Definitely could be faster, especially on world 4 and the final boss, but otherwise I'm pretty happy with it. Going solely off of this run, I'd say that a time close to 35 minutes is the fastest possible, but I'd be happy to be proved wrong.

For timing, I started time as soon as I got control of the player and ended time as soon as I touched the final end level rainbow face thing.

Not sure if I'll try to improve this time, but I may come back if there's more competition in this category. I'll retime and upload this to speedrun.com as soon as the mods update the page to the full game.
