Nurturing nature is flourishing in our small garden in Kent, South East England. Welcome to a summer video tour highlighting our most treasured flowers for colour, scent, pollinators and wildlife. Our new cosmos ‘Sonata Pink’ is a symphony of romantic loveliness; we are enjoying the charms of a new summer-flowering bulb, Pink Honey Garlic (Nectaroscordum tripedal); the next generation of ‘Ladybird’ Poppies are busy enticing bees, along with our perennial colour-pop Welsh poppies; and the soul is gently soothed by the dreamy hues of our favourite blue flowering perennials, including the fragrant hedge of charming ‘Folgate’ English Lavender. Roses and flowering trees have been abundantly blooming, and our holly became a butterfly nursery for the first time.
