This video is about me and my mum completing a walk around the Rother Valley Country Park main lake which is just part of the exercise I'm completing in order to help lose my excess weight. We also saw it our chance to get out of our homes on our day off from work and enjoy the fantastic scenery on a perfect sunny day.
