Ingredients .
600g Grouper fish, 50g.corn flour, 1 union, 1 mango, 1 cucumber and some red chili.

marinade for fish (mixed well)
chili labuyu (chopped ),
1 stalk lemon grass (chopped )
1 torch ginger bud(chopped )
4tbsp lime juice
1tbsp calamari juice
3tnsp brown sugar
1 tbsp plum sauce
1tbsp fish sauce.

Procedure
1. clean the Grouper fish well, debone and drizzle the marinade evenly over the fish, marinade 30 minutes.

2. Heat some oil in a wok, sprinkle corn flour evenly over the fish flesh and deep it into hot oil. Place the fish into hot oil and deep fry until golden brown. Dish out.

3. Springkle onion,mango,red chili,and cucumber shreds over the fried fish, pour sour and spicy sauce over and serve. .
