‘Kalyug’, say artisans, manufacturers & traders of Agra’s shoe industry on hiked GST rates

Agra’s shoe industry accounts for 65 per cent of the footwear sold in the country. However this centuries-old industry is now anxious over the increase in GST rates on footwear from 5% to 12% on products below Rs 1000.
