You can visit most of the main tourist attractions in just INR 100.

In one day You can visit,

1.Shiva dol/Shiva Temple
2. Gauri Sagar Lake
3. Tai Ahom Museum
4. Joy Sagar Lake
5. Talatal Ghar
6. Rang Ghar

Shiva Temple - It is about 45 minute walking distance from ASTC bus station. Or you can go by share Auto INR 10.
It will take about 20 minute to see temple, if there is no crowd.

Sivasagar Sivadol (Assamese: শিৱসাগৰ শিৱদৌল) is a group of structures comprising three Hindu temples of Sivadol, Visnudol and Devidol, other shrines, and a museum.

These are located on the banks of the Sivasagar ("the ocean of the god Shiva") tank,

also known as the Borpukhuri tank, in the heart of Sivasagar, in the Indian state of Assam.

The tank was constructed between 1731 and 1738 and the temples were built in 1734 by Bar Raja Ambika, queen of Ahom king Swargadeo Siba Singha (1714–1744).

The height of the Sivadol (dol means temple in Assamese) is 104 feet (32 m) and the perimeter is 195 feet (59 m) at the base.

It is crowned with an 8-foot (2.4 m) high golden-dome

2. Gauri Sagar Lake- It is just behind the Shiva Temple.
15 minute is enough to spend.

3. Tai Ahom Museum- It is about 30 minute walking distance from Gauri Sagar Lake. You can also take share auto.
Entry fees is INR 10
Time required to see is one hour.
It is on the banks of Sibsagar Lake and displays artefacts such as royal armoury, clothes, manuscripts, etc which belonged to the rulers of the Ahom dynasty.

4. Joy Sagar Lake
You have to come back to shiva temple, from there you will get share auto for INR 20.
It will take 45 minute to see Joy Sagar lake.

5. Talatal Ghar- It will take 30 minute on foot from Joy sagar lake.
This is one of the most popular attraction of Sibsagar. Just 6km from the town, this is a three storey structure including and underground level. People come here for the lovely architecture, design and the great upkeep.

6. Rang Ghar or Rong Ghar
Often referred to as the 'Colosseum of the East', Rang Ghar is one of the oldest surviving amphitheaters of Asia. It is located near Rangpur Palace at a distance of 3 km from Sibsagar town. The name translates to 'House of Entertainment' and dates back to 1746 A.D. when the Ahoms used to rule present-day Assam. This monument is an important edifice reflecting the architectural precision and grandeur of that time.
