It’s Friday, and that means it’s Date Night! Dom has been craving fried chicken so I thought it'll be fun to surprise him with some Taiwanese Fried Chicken! 🍗the CRUNCH from the fried chicken gets me every time, so let’s cook together :)

Taiwanese Fried Chicken is one of my favorite Taiwanese dishes. It is super crispy on the outside and flavourful on the inside. I share some secret tips and tricks on what they do to get that beautiful golden batter and juicy bite!
