Comparing Cauliflower from 4 Different Gardens

One of the best ways to understand the differences in gardening methods is to compare the development and yield of particular crops, especially if those crops are tricky to grow well. The cauliflower crop grown in four of the family scale gardens offered this opportunity. The cauliflower from one garden was great, despite the unsuitable weather, another two were decent, and one was really poor, but that was the result of trying something new.
