Fire Cooked Greek Leg of Lamb with Orzo

This is my Greek inspired leg of lamb with a simple orzo dish. Spun on the rotisserie over silver birch wood on the Portico Home.

Cooked to perfection thanks to my Thermapen. As I always recommend - cook to temperature and not to time! This was taken to 56c before resting and was exactly how I like it!
