DAY 4: Cat finally acknowledges tunnel!
Our cat has another nylon, collapsible, pop-up tunnel upstairs on carpeting, about 2' long. She loves it, but it slides around too much on our downstairs wooden floor. The S-Way tunnel makes so much sense for slippery floors. However, our cat totally ignored her new tunnel for three solid days, walking past it like it was invisible, not even sniffing it. Nothing! Finally on the fourth day she walked through it, slowly. With her straight tunnel, she shoots out of it like a cannonball, so this S-shape has thrown her a curve. Since her first exploration of her new tunnel, she's played with the dangling ball on the other end, and hid in the middle and made some playful moves (she loves that crinkly sound). I wish it were a little bit shorter, but it's well-made. Slowly but surely, I think she'll come to love it. Be patient!
