Endometriosis क्या है ?
Endometriosis वो बीमारी है जिसमे endometrium उसके normal जगा की जगा दूसरे abnormal locations पे grow करती है जैसे ovary , cervix और fallopian tubes।
Endometriosis में दर्द और infertility सबसे common problem है।

Endometriosis के साथ प्रेग्नेंट कैसे बनते है ?
1 - अगर cyst का size 3cm से ज्यादा है तब बहोत सारे पेशेंट्स को laparoscopic surgery की जरूरत पड़ सकती है।
2 - ये surgery करनेके बादमे हमेशा fertility enhancing surgery करनी पड़ती है। इस surgery के बाद natural pregnancy या IUI में बहोत अच्छे results मिलते है।
3 - अगर आपको deep Endometriosis है तो उसे निकलना बहोत जरूरी होता है।
4 - Endometriosis का ट्रीटमेंट करने केलिए और प्रेग्नेंट होने केलिए जब आपको grade 4 Endometriosis होता है तो आपको IVF का aption choose करना चाहिए।
